Enes Saltuk Orhan is the founding partner of Sorhan Law & Consultancy. Enes Saltuk Orhan graduated from TOBB University of Economics and Technology after completing his high school education in Ankara.

During his law education, Orhan completed his internship training in many international law firms in Ankara and Istanbul thanks to the joint education provided by TOBB University of Economics and Technology.

Orhan continues his practice particularly in the fields of corporate law, commercial law and contract law, and provides consultancy services to local and foreign clients in their legal disputes before the courts. Orhan is also pursuing his master’s degree in Capital Markets and Commercial Law at Bahçeşehir University.

Orhan also advises companies and businesses of all sizes on company incorporation, capital increase, change of company type and follow-up of company due diligence processes.
